As I've mentioned in previous blogs on FSBO, there are certain instances when you want to definitely want to use a realtor and other times when you can try and sell your home yourself. The MLS listing, however, is only one of the many weapons you have in your arsenal. As long as you are creative and aggressive you shouldn't have too much of a problem. Here are some of the steps you should follow to market your home: 1. You need to come up with a fact sheet. A fact sheet should include your house details, estimated taxes, your school district, a picture and anything else you want somebody to know about your property. The fact sheet is comparable to your professional resume. You need to grab the attention of whoever is looking at the fact sheet right away and want to make them schedule a visit.
